Description
Hibiscus, Haiti’s national flower can be used in a plethora of ways, to make jam, tonic, or even tea. My family loves to harvest hibiscus and leave them out to dry in the sun to turn them into herbs to use as tea. The process has always fascinated me and has become one of my favorite pastimes with my family back home.
