Manuscript of an Act and Amnesty, Signed by Saget as Provisional President, in French, 1-page 4to, Saint-Marc, Sept. 20, 1868. He issues complete amnesty to all soldiers and citizens who will rally to his flag and who will abandon the rebels, Salnave and Victorin, who are exempt from this amnesty.
